If you don't like a snack, we'll replace it!

If your furry friend doesn't like a particular snack in an order or prepared pack, we'll replace it with one of the same price free of charge, provided the total value of the returned snacks is €12. If it's less, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

On your next purchase, we will add the value of the returned snacks to your order, replacing them with others of the same value.
