• In the event that the winner of the year's free food prize does not usually purchase their pet food from Kompatas , the range of pet food that will be given to the winner will be Gosbi Exclusive, adapted to the needs of the winning furry friend.

• For the participation form to be valid, all the requested information must be filled in and clearly readable.

• Submitting the completed form for participation in the draw grants the interested party consent to the processing of the data provided for commercial purposes by Kompatas.

• To participate, you must be over 18 years of age, have physical residence in the province of Alicante, and have a Kompatas customer account. This account can be opened upon your first participation.

• The winner of the draw will have the food of a furry friend covered by Kompatas for a calendar year , taking as a reference the grams that the dog or cat needs to consume per day according to its weight.

• If the family unit has several pets, the winner will be able to choose which animal will be the beneficiary of the year of food paid for by Kompatas.

• If for any reason beyond Kompatas' control, the winner decides to change the pet's diet , Kompatas reserves the right to maintain the €/kg ratio of the gifted food. Therefore, if the new food costs more than the original, the customer will have to pay the difference.

• Kompatas reserves the right to choose the kg format of the bags to be received that it considers appropriate for the weight of the animal.

Key dates:

• The draw will take place at the Gran Alacant store on Saturday, October 11th at 2:00 PM.

• The duration of the year of feed provided by Kompatas will begin on November 1, 2025 and last until October 30, 2026.

• The pet food will be delivered to the winner of the raffle at any Kompatas physical store. It will not be delivered to their home address.
